Clinical Negligence team plan programme of exciting fundraising events

The Clinical Negligence department have been busy putting together an exciting programme of events to raise money for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.

On Tuesday 4th November, the team will be holding a bake sale and fancy dress event for the whole firm. Staff members will be encouraged to dress up (or down) for a small donation to the hospice and there will be a competition for the best dressed staff member, with prizes awarded for the most impressive and creative costumes!

There will also be a bake sale at the event and tasty treats will be available at our Wakefield, Huddersfield, and Bradford offices from 11am to 3pm.

The Clinical Negligence team hope that it will be a fun day for all involved, as visitors to the office can try some delicious cakes whilst being wowed by the amazing costumes!

Both the “dress up day” and bake sale are part of the team’s efforts to turn £500 into £5000 before 15th December for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice’s Hundreds to Thousands challenge. The Clinical Negligence team are competing against a range of West Yorkshire businesses in an “Apprentice”-style challenge to raise as much money as possible using the £500 starting sum.

And in another ploy to persuade guests to part with their cash for the privilege of dressing up for charity, the team will be hosting a Murder Mystery Ball on Friday 28th November. The glamorous murder-mystery themed event will be held at Bagden Hall with complementary drinks, a three course dinner and an exciting raffle and auction with prizes money can’t buy.

Tickets are available at £50 each. To book, please contact the Clinical Negligence team by calling  01484 825200 or email clinical.negligence@switalskis.com
